My wonderful boyfriend gave me this recipe... thanks Monkey!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup quick oats
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 very ripe banana, mashed
6 packets sugar substitute
1 tablespoon honey
1 egg white
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Form into small silver dollar sized cookies.
Cook at 350 for 12 minutes on a Pam sprayed non-stick cookie sheet.
